Responsibilities

• Approximately 40 hours/week at school.
• Teaches English language arts, social studies, math, and science to 12–16 students in grades 3–4
• 24 hours in classes, 8 hours preparation time
• Leads pre-meeting activities
• Leads or assists 4 minicourses
• Attends all staff meetings
• Joins special day committees
• Writes student reports and holds parent-teacher conferences
• Attends parent-teacher meetings
• Recess duty

Minimum Qualification	Preferred Qualification
2 years of teaching experience Bachelor’s degree	5 years of teaching experience Teacher certification Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English 2-year minimum commitment

Salary

Approximately $600/month
